Front desk staff is fast and friendly. Easy to deal with the loading dock accessible from Lower Wacker. The elevators are adequate. The restrooms are well maintained. No issues getting Internet or phone service into the building.

For being in the big city it is a really nice view. Must visit downtown Chicago at least once if you haven't. You won't regret it.

I work here and it's a great building. Always clean, great location, and awesome security. On site gym, restaurant and bank. Fooda caters here everyday too.
