I’m a local that did a one night staycation after a concert at Analog. The music venue is SEXY and I had a fun riff on a mint julep. There’s no other word for it. Sleek hidden gem with fantastic acoustics. My room was a good size with a beautiful view of Vanderbilt and it had a cozy robe and fantastic shower. Ate breakfast at Evelyn’s and had a coffee. Breakfast was good and service was top notch all around. Not necessarily walkable to Broadway (a little over a mile on some busy streets) but not too bad if you grab a scooter.

A small boutique hotel. Friendly and efficient staff. Reasonable prices, live music venue with great restaurant. A nice plus are the Marshall speakers in each room. Rooms are designed so that you can enjoy your music and not disturb others. Record players and guitars are available for free use in your room as well.

Had an excellent stay at the Hutton. Room was spacious and the room service from Evelyn's was a 10/10. Omkar checked me in late at night and he was fantastic, always greeting me by name throughout my stay. Ashleigh at check out was just as great, both very hospitable and professional. Also special thanks to Daniel from Evelyn's for his help with a billing situation. Overall, great hotel and an even greater team!
