We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.
The hotel itself is very nice, comfortable, and well maintained, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the people. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The treatment we received from everyone at the property was absolutely outstanding.
We are deeply grateful for all the help and support they gave us during our stay. Their level of kindness and human quality went far beyond what is normally expected in their professional duties. They made us feel truly welcome and cared for, and they were always willing to help with a smile.
We sincerely wish that all hotels had people with such warmth, generosity, and dedication to their guests. Thank you very much for everything — we will remember this experience with great appreciation.

Close to Hiroshima Peace Park. Reception staff were fantastic and the bar / restaurant downstairs was amazing. As a coeliac travelling in Japan it’s always a delight to have so many options and care. Rooms were fantastic as well. Highly recommend. Great staff, facilities and the food was awesome. Coeliac friendly menu too! Oh and they do wood fired pizza. No gluten free option but my kids loved the Napoli style!

Great location, easy check in, lovely clean rooms, great decor, good service and close to all tourist attractions.
The Hiroshima memorial and museum are a short walk from the hotel as are other major attractions. Shops, fast food and restaurants all within walking distance.
7 Eleven directly across the road.
Upon checkin they give you a half a dozen gold coins which can be used on the 14th floor at happy hour in the evening. The coins can be used for drinks, nuts, confectionary, etc. and are quite generous. Each member of your party can get a snack and an alcoholic drink with change. A novel idea.
Highly recommend the Knot Hiroshima.
