Beautiful hotel with incredible theming throughout!
So many options for food and drinks and they are all worth trying.
The coffee bar had incredible lattes and cortados. A hot vanilla latte was my go to each morning.
The pool area was equally stunning but the water was a bit too chilly for swimming.
Definitely check out Quixote even if you don’t choose to have a meal. It is absolutely stunning.
Only complaint was the beds in the rooms aren’t great.
Will definitely be back again.

We adore this hotel. This was our second stay here so we were able to compare and it was the exact same quality experience as last; we find the service to be old-school: always friendly, accommodating, and not rushed. We arrived a few hrs. before check in and were happily given our room early. I think the beds are as comfortable as it gets for a hotel (and I travel a ton for business). The bar cart is a lavish but special offering….I think the hotel is best suited for those who want to drink, eat, and stay up late but you could also do the pool during the day, hit an early dinner at either restaurant on property, and request a room further away from the action (we didn't hear anything late from our corner of the property).
We love all the options, too, each with great service. Jazz club, Mexican restaurant, diner (delicious and 24/7), lobby bar/restaurant, bar with free games (except bowling, I believe). It's all there for you to explore…this isn't your typical boring hotel. Nothing better than having a nightcap at midnight and being in bed 3 minutes later. Highly recommend for a fun weekend or staycation.
