I toured this place and I was really impressed! The staff were very kind and the unit I saw was really nice as well. They also have many amenities like a gym and a pool! It’s definitely worth checking out!

Lofts at Norton has been a wonderful experience for my parents and me on the occasions I visited. So many great things to say: Very well-maintained buildings, gardens, clubhouse, etc. The professional and courteous staff are friendly and welcoming.
We would like to express our deep appreciation in particular to Ms. Latoya Harris, who has been super responsive, highly professional and helpful to my elderly parents. She went beyond her call of duty to help us resolve several issues over the last two and a half years. We are grateful!
We truly enjoyed our apartment and all the great amenities and features Lofts at Norton offers and especially the clubhouse, the fully stacked gym, and the beautifully designed and centrally located park. This is truly a luxurious living at affordable prices tended by very professional staff. We are very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend L@NC to anyone.

These are good apartments and have friendly staff. The surrounding area isn't very walkable and there can be a lot of traffic noise. The units are in good shape and maintenance service is good. My complaint is that they'll jack up the price after you're moved in. For example, the floorplan I live in is advertised for $1432-1506 to new renters, but the lowest renewal offer they'll give me as a current resident is $1641. I'm still trying to decide whether switching units is worth saving $3000 over the next 15 months, but I am a little irritated that they won't honor the prices on their website for current residents.
