We booked Hillstation to celebrate our First Wedding Anniversary last Dec 19. It was a warm welcome from them. My request is a table near the window and it did happen. Our food was great and so were the drinks we ordered like Amaretto and Blue Lagoon. We had the ice cream pallette too as in literally presented in a ceramic pallette plate. I love their Benguet Coffee and Dark chocolate with cayenne flavors. Will definitely go back again! Five stars!

The food is still delicious, and their Duck Flakes rice meal remains one of a kind. Their Death by Chocolate is also just as good as ever, and it looks like it might become my youngest child’s new favorite.

However, as usual, the prices are still on the expensive side, so we only eat here once in a while.

We travel for 5-6 hrs from Manila just to eat here for most of our meals when in Baguio. A trip to Baguio is not complete if you do not eat here. I wish im exaggerating, but unfortunately I’m not. It’s unfortunate because we have to travel a total of 12hrs to and from Baguio, and think of other reasons to go other than eating at The Hill Station.

Breakfast- all selections made with quality ingredients with each component skillfully prepared. A complete meal that has no ‘tapon’.

Lunch/Dinner- whatever you order, you can feel their dedication to excellence and quality. The servings do not disappoint.

Pastries, dessert, packaged treats/pasalubong- Ube crinkles are a must try. The double dark chocolate i don’t recommend so that i can gatekeep it.
