Recently moved in and I’m really happy with how the whole process was and pleased with the building so far. The staff is super friendly and approachable and really seem to care about the residents – especially Jorge who really has gone above and beyond during the move in process. Maintenance people were quick to respond to a concern. Facilities are clean and overall the place has a really nice lively vibe which I enjoy (but the noise doesn’t bleed into my apartment itself which is great). Location is also really nice being right across from Fall brewing and the Friendly, with lots of restaurants bar with walking distance. Guest parking can be a little challenging, especially on the weekends, but that’s due to the area not the fault of the building.

AMP30 is a great building with great staff. Ashleigh and Jeremy are wonderful, kind and beyond helpful. They made leasing a unit a breeze and even after I signed they continued to provide excellent service. The building itself is thoughtfully designed and is a pleasure to live in
