My girlfriend and I recently changed units here at LoftOne35 and although moving is never a fun a experience, the entire Loft Leasing Team made the process as simple as possible. I’d like to specifically shout out Darcene, Sloan, and especially Dineyah.
Dineyah was an absolute rockstar that worked above and beyond to assist us through every hurdle and obstacle that reared their ugly heads throughout our moving process. Without her this process would simply have not been possible. Her commitment to her job and the residents that work with her is truly admirable and she is deserving of all the praise in the world. Without her assistance through the touring, verifying, applying, signing, and even resigning processes, I would have certainly just called it a day and moved on elsewhere.
