I absolutely love living here! The building is in a fantastic location in Echo Park, just a short walk to the Echo Park Lake, plus tons of cute bars, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby. Apartment is spacious and new and has washer and dryer yahooo!! The amenities are amazing—there’s a beautiful pool and Jacuzzi that feels like it’s on a rooftop with stunning views. The gym is also great for keeping in shape. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing with grills and tables for dining. Everyone in the building is super friendly and respectful, which really adds to the sense of community. Plus, the underground parking is super convenient. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live!

The Echo is a great place to live!! We’ve been here for almost 2 years and we love the community. The apartment is a huge great space, Tom, our manager, is so quick to help with anything and everything, and the facilities are awesome! We have an electric car and the charging port works great, the gym is lovely, and the pool is very fun! The neighbor is the best, you’re right by the tennis courts, lake, and lots of coffee shops and food. Would highly recommend!

I’ve lived here for 4 years and absolutely love it. Amazing location with lots of little coffee/food/bar spots a block or two away, and an easy 15min walk up to sunset. The management is great – maintenance is handled very quickly, and the manager lives on site and is very easy to get in touch with. My neighbors are friendly mostly mid-20s to mid-40s professionals, and we have possibly the best pool with downtown views in echo park! There’s a gym that opens out into the courtyard. Guest parking on the street is usually pretty easy to find, even at night. Despite being next to the highway, I’ve never had an issue with noise and it saves me so much time in traffic. And lastly, my dog loves being only a block south of Echo Park we go everyday 🙂
