I’ve had such a great experience with Roosevelt Lofts as a new resident. The assistant manager, Michael, thoughtfully showed me all of the potential floorplans and went above and beyond to help with my move-in experience. The team is very thoughtful and friendly and handles requests promptly. The neighborhood is also very walkable to many workout studios, cafes, and stores.

The staff at the Roosevelt is what sets it apart. The leading team led by Jack with Michael and Izzy as his lieutenants work with residents to keep everything spotless and the residents happy. Mike who runs the concierge team runs an experienced crew of folks extra shout out to Janet, Moses, and Ade. I really enjoy living here.

Jack and team are the A Team! Talk about rolling out the red carpet for you and getting celebrity treatment. They do that and more. They give you a wow experience. From start to finish they make the entire process seemless and smooth. Jack has an incredible team, starting with Michael his assistant manager to his staff in valet, concierge and cleaning. They all truly are committed to the success of Roosevelt and that means taking care of their customers/tenants. They put customers first. If you are looking for a piece of history and a historical building that serves and takes care of their tenants, then this is the place to rent from. What makes this complex different from other buildings in downtown is who they have as a leader. Jack truly is a leader and his extensive management experience in hospitality and running successful apartment buildings is what makes this building successful. You are in good hands with Jack and his team!!
