My daughter moved in here and from the second we came everyone was so friendly and helpful! We got in late at night and the smiling faces and positive demeanor of the people at guest services and security were exactly what we needed after our long journey to Chicago! Everyone has been so helpful and kind and communicative – especially Onome and Antoine!!! The bedrooms are small but clean with a great view of the city and the common areas are large! All of the other people living here have been so friendly in the elevators and the amenity lounge! 10/10

Kery at the maintenance office is such an amazing person!! She brings such positive and nice vibes to the University Center and is super helpful when I come down (which I come down a lot)! I appreciate her kindness and advice, super glad she works here!

I have lived in the University Center for going on a year a half and so far it’s been a decent experience. What the building lacks in appropriate ventilation and working laundry machines it more than makes up for in lovely staff and people. I want to specifically shout out RA Mikaela who has always made me feel welcomed and like I belong here!
