This place is very good the elevator is fast also anybody talking Abt elevator out of service know they renovated it and it's better now well maintained and clean there is some cracks but that because it survived earthquakes.

Great location to SM MOA ( SM Mall of Asia). Walking takes about 15-20 mins and Grab just a few mins and it doesn’t take long to wait. Close to the sea wall and many other eateries and facilities nearby. Metro Park is just across the road. And there’s a small, basic supermarket around the corner as part of the complex. The building is circa 1970’s and provides a swimming pool and gym. The foyer is inviting and always smells wonderful with lovely staff that smile. Presence of security all around and a medic is available onsite. We are grateful to have stayed here.

We lived here for almost two years. I loved most of our time here except when we were about to move out. They charged us special rates for utility bill. We paid 4x more than we usually pay for every month. Make sure to find out if those move out rate is included in your contract if you are to rent a unit here.
