I can’t say enough great things about this venue and the owner of the space! I hosted an event here that fit crowd of 90 people. My friends and family absolutely enjoyed themselves. There was enough people to move around, sit comfortably, and even dance! There is even a flex room that we used as a getaway space for kids, it was perfect.
Alicia the owner was extremely friendly and SUPER responsive to any questions I had included the day of my event!
I highly recommend the venue, there is lots parking space, no stairs, so very easy for anyone to access. Restrooms were clean and accessible, and the kitchenette has a back door, making it it to bring food in so you don’t have to bring it through any even you may have!

I’ve attended 3 events at The Modern and each is better than the last. Alicia (the owner) is very professional but also personable with a great spirit. The space has ample space, clean bathrooms and a great area for photo opps. There is plenty of parking, which is always a plus for me. The calendar fills up quickly so I haven’t had the opportunity to host my own event yet but I’ve had the pleasure of being invited to more than a few and I’m always happy to attend. The most recent event was a floral arrangement class and it was amazing

I recently attended an event hosted at this space and it is absolutely amazing! Very spacious, great lighting, and parking was convenient! I will be booking for my daughter’s birthday and can’t wait to celebrate here again!
If you’re looking for an event or creative space, this is a 10/10 recommendation!
