The most perfect and relaxing birthday and anniversary getaway! The property is absolutely stunning, surrounded by gorgeous mountain views. Our room was spotless — modern with just the right touch of charm. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained with plenty of cozy spots to sit, lounge, and take in the scenery.

The food was fantastic — we had breakfast and lunch there every day during our 5-day stay, and every meal was consistently delicious. Surprisingly, one of my favorite parts was the gym! It’s incredibly well-equipped — way beyond what you usually find at a hotel. My wife had both a facial and a massage at the spa and absolutely loved it.

Overall, this place exceeded every expectation. A true 10/10 experience.

Outstanding experience. The staff are very attentive and even walk you to your room. The rooms are beautiful and some offer better views than others. The location is fine. Its not near a lot within walking distance, but there are plenty of amenities on site.

Our staycation at the Omni in Scottsdale was absolutely beautiful, made all the more special by the incredible service at the pool. Carlos, our cabana attendant, went above and beyond in every way—he was attentive, kind, patient, and genuinely thoughtful, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask.

We rented a cabana and he made sure that the TV was working properly, that we always had cold water and ice, and plenty of towels. Carlos's warmth made us feel completely cared for, turning a simple day by the pool into a truly memorable experience. It was clear he takes great pride in his work, and the care he shows reflects wonderfully on his leadership. His manager deserves just as much recognition for fostering such an outstanding employee—together, they embody the spirit of five-star hospitality and made our visit unforgettable.
