Great location, comfortable rooms, and extremely courteous staff. The room service was excellent and the food overall was very enjoyable. The only disappointment was the burger, which came with coleslaw in it and could definitely use an upgrade.
That being said, the breakfast buffet at Cube was absolutely wonderful. The variety and quality were great, and the service truly stood out. In a city where poor customer service can often be disappointing, the staff here were refreshingly attentive and welcoming. A special mention to Amtal at Bistro, who genuinely went out of the way to make dining alone such a pleasant and comfortable experience.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip to Lahore.

This was my first stay at this branch of The Nishat Hotel. One handicap that I felt at once was the parking, they only have a valet parking option and I generally prefer parking myself. The valet parking is a whole process that I never like. After entering the hotel, it isnt very big but the decor is very nice. I like the ambiance that they target. The staff at every step was extremely helpful and courteous. Very few places can claim that each staff personnel is great, this hotel can. The room we were given was a normal sized room and nice bathroom but no bathtub. The mattres was comfortable and the pillows were good too. The air conditioning system was very loud but effective. I couldnt control the temperature from inside the room which became a handicap, but unfortunately during my three day stay I didnt tell the staff that I wasnt happy with that, otherwise they would have adjusted it for me. There was complementary fruit and water everyday.The decor of the room was great, the lights, the furniture everything was stylish. The shower cubicle and the shower are both excellent, but the tap on the sink looked like it was a century old. Other than that tap everything else was in reasonable condition. There was every possible bathroom amenity available and amazing conatural products too.We had breakfast and dinner at their restaurants, and the taste of most of their stuff was great… I didnt like their bread section much though. It was extensive but the taste was average. Saad ullah at their omellete station was amazing. Not many restaurants with live omellete stations impress me, he did. The omelletes he made were the perfect color and the perfect consistency. Fluffy and tasted great. They changed their breakfast menu everyday, so unlike other hotels during my three day stay I didn't get bored with the breakfast buffet.Their sound proofing is great, didnt get disturbed by any noise. Every time I made a request I was facilitated. So have to say their service is better than even the 5 star hotels that I have stayed at. I would suggest that the access elevators to the rooms should open with the room key cards. Its better security that way. Their pool was very small but it was indoor and the temp control managed well. The gym was also a bit small and there was no specified ladies time so I was unable to avail that facility.All in all if I have the option, this would definitely be my choice to stay again.

Had a seamless stay at The Nishat Gulberg, and a big part of that was thanks to Irfan. He made the check-in process incredibly easy and stress-free. His communication was excellent throughout—he’s proactive, professional, and genuinely cares about the guest experience. It’s rare to find such attentive service. Highly recommended!
