We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times, and our experience has consistently been pleasant. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff members are friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed both the dinner and breakfast buffet — the food is always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.
Just one suggestion: it would be great to ensure that the comfort room on the ground level is consistently kept clean, as this helps maintain the overall quality of the experience.
Overall, a reliable and enjoyable place to stay. We look forward to returning again.

We and family attended a wedding for my cousin-father side. The food was superb, I like there service.All the staff are welcoming,accommodating and smiling😊. Our room supposed to spend the overnight is spacious,clean and smells good. The swimming pool is a new experienced for me at the time 2014.My nephew&niece enjoyed a morning swim. I like to spend a nightswimming at the pool for some time😊

I had a decent stay at The Oriental Legazpi. The staff were polite and the check in process was smooth. The room was clean and the view of Mayon was definitely a highlight. The amenities were okay and the hotel had a relaxing atmosphere. There are areas that could be improved, especially in terms of maintenance and food variety, but overall the experience was pleasant. It’s a good option if you want a comfortable stay with a nice view of the city and Mayon Volcano.
