Don't know if they serve food as we were on a girls night out that didn't include having a meal.
Such a friendly bar, traditional pub.
Toilets were not the best, I think the fact that half of the pub is a disco/ bar for a much younger crowd. Meaning the people in the traditional pub area are having to share WC facilities with younger, clubbing type patrons. There was toilet roll and paper towels all over the floor, no toilet roll to use, no paper hand towels to use. The ladies toilets were very cramped and not suitable for all those patrons, only 2 tiny toilet cubicles.
The bar was well stocked, the staff were lovely and the juke box was fantastic.
I wouldn't choose this place to go in regularly, but as we were on holiday at the time it was acceptable for a one off visit and this is solely due to the toilet facilities.

Came in for lunch and my wife and I had the Noodle Bowls. Absolutely delicious, flavourful and fresh.
Customer service was also very good and the restaurant itself was comfortable and had a nice aesthetic

Great old pub, the oldest in town, with a good atmosphere in a perfect spot after a wander round the Abbey. Great pint of Tennents too, although I wish there was some ale on tap. Maybe a Stewart's 80. Really great staff too, I will definitely be back.
