Had a great stay at the Omni. When making this reservation, i was asked what brings me to Fort Worth: my reply was it's a birthday trip. When i arrived Kyle at the front desk was very welcoming. I went up to the room to find a birthday cake and goodies which was a total surprise. Vernon brought up our things and was so helpful with all our stuff and got a feel for what we may need the next few days and telling us all the nearby things to do. Every time we seen him after, he repeatedly was helping us and making sure all was going well. Talk about staff making you feel important! . I purchased the buffet breakfast which everyone was really nice and attentive and i wish i remembered all the names because they were all very nice The first day Rishi asked our names and said he likes to remember the guest name and 4 days later he did. He made sure our first morning was a special birthday breakfast along with Tommy. Another morning our waitress made the best lattes and Seema was very sweet as well helping us one evening as they were closing. The staff seems to love what they do and it shows.

Love staying at The Omni Fort Worth. I've stayed there several times over the last 3 years and each time has been wonderful. The staff are amazing and super helpful. The location is prime and the amenities are on point. Noah, one of the Conceierge was super helpful and patient, made me feel right at home. Thank You All for A Memorable Week!

I can't say enough about our most recent (but really every) visit to Omni Fort Worth. I contacted the hotel a few days ago to say that my daughter and I were doing a little overnight staycation to celebrate her 14th bday. I was thinking I could pay to have a little treat in the room when we arrived and so asked what was possible. WOW… did Lisa the Loyalty Ambassador absolutely show up in a way I did not expect and made our stay beyond anything I could imagine for my girl. We were able to check in early and found balloons, a cake, chocolate covered strawberries, a 2011 poster with awesome facts for my daughter's birth year, a travel cup and more waiting for us…. her surprised and grateful face was something I will never forget. Lisa did this out of the goodness of her heart and let me tell you, we will NEVER stay at another hotel in Fort Worth. Thank you SO MUCH, Omni Ft. Worth, and Lisa!! You have made this girl and her mama's absolute year with your thoughtfulness 🙂
