Had a great experience. Staff very professional and helpful. They attended to my concerns about a noise in my AC very quickly. Communicated frequently by text. Good location, clean rooms. Many places to eat within walking distance. Don’t miss the shrimp cocktail at St Elmo.

As a Australian Fam, We have been travelling the USA for a month now, Indianapolis was our last stop and wow did the Omni did not fail to impress…from the moment we walked into the lobby, checked in and up to our room it has been flawless… beds are like clouds, incredible staff service, quiet 🤫 location but also perfectly located for walking. We haven't slept so soundly and comfortably since we left home, the hotel is absolutely stunning.

Also special mention to China, who came to our rescue when we became stranded at the Ironman raceway after the MXON, she went above and beyond for a very stressed out mum with 3 upset kids, getting us back to the hotel safely and also walking into our room to be greeted with snacks and a card honestly just so beautiful 🙏🤍

I selected this hotel for hosting clients stay and breakfast while we were in town for meetings. Every member of the team from start to finish was amazing! They are all kind, patient, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. They executed everything we agreed upon and it was done correctly and with care. I was injured while traveling and needed last minute help and accommodations and everyone was very helpful and sweet about my new and urgent needs. I was very pleased with everything, we are taking 2 additional groups in the next month and will continue to use this hotel and their amazing team anytime I am in Indiana. The location is incredible, but that speaks for itself.
