A wonderful establishment! A true shining star in Rapid City. Oodles of educational information, offering numerous workshops/classes pertaining to nature, resource preservation, and lots of outdoor activities. DO NOT avoid a visit to this place. Once you've experienced all they have to offer, you'll be back again and again (except on Sundays, there's no access to inside of building).

This place is amazing! We came on free try canoeing and kayaking day! Great friendly very helpful staff! My older 2 kids (9&11) took a canoe together and had a heck of a time figuring it out, but one of the instructors came out in the water to their aide to teach them right away and had nothing but joy in helping them! I can't say enough good about this place and it's staff! Thank you for the experience & the fun!
