My second time here and it does not disappoint! Born in Freddy, but live in the U.S. (CA & Florida), and visiting family. I LOVE coming to the Palate on my trips here. But tonight was exceptional for two reasons— first and foremost, excellent service from Sophie!!! Super attentive, helpful, friendly. And second – pork belly app was DEVINE! (Thanks Sophie for nudging me in this direction!). Also try the Auchentoshan Scotch – nicely sippable (spelling! Ha!). Thank you The Palate!

The food taste was very good. I was not expecting the fry vegetables be like this juicy but the taste was very good. The salmon was very delicious and we also got the steak as well which was good. The atmosphere was very good and quiet and the waiters very friendly!!
If i had an option of 4/5 star i will give that as well got our food a little late and some families got their earlier although came after us. I will go there again.

We booked this restaurant last minute while visiting Fredericton for work with a group of about a dozen people. Based on the Google reviews, we decided to give it a try—and I can confirm it truly deserves 5 stars! The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the presentation was impressive. Definitely a place I’d come back to and highly recommend.
