I cannot express how relieved and grateful our family is after placing my grandmother in this facility. It’s exceeded all our expectations.
The staff’s attentiveness and compassion really shine through and my grandma lights up when talking about how respected and cared for she feels, and they genuinely go above and beyond to create an environment where she feels valued. The facility itself is well maintained with a welcoming, home-like atmosphere rather than feeling clinical or institutional, and the communication has been remarkable. The staff keeps us informed about her care and activities, and there’s a real sense that quality care is their top priority at every level. Knowing that she is in such capable, caring hands has given our entire family tremendous peace of mind. This facility has truly transformed, and we couldn’t be more thankful.

What truly sets this community apart, however, is the exceptional staff. Every interaction I’ve had has been marked by genuine warmth, professionalism, and an unwavering willingness to help. George and Alex from Social Services consistently go above and beyond to ensure that every concern is addressed with compassion and efficiency. Sarai, from Infection Prevention, demonstrates an impressive level of knowledge and diligence that gives me great confidence in the safety and cleanliness of the facility. Lashonda, the Director of Staff Development, is equally remarkable—her approachable demeanor and dedication to staff support create a positive and uplifting atmosphere.
Whenever I need assistance, this team is quick to respond—always willing to pause what they’re doing to make sure my needs are met. Their attentiveness and commitment truly make The Pavilion at Ocean Point stand out as a place where excellence in care and service is not just a goal, but a standard. 😉

This place has been really good to my loved one. The staff are caring and attentive, and they make sure patients are comfortable and well looked after. The therapy team has been very helpful and encouraging, and I can see the progress being made.
The facility is always clean and doesn’t have the bad smell you sometimes notice in other places. Housekeeping does a great job keeping the rooms fresh, and there are activities to keep patients busy and not just sitting around.
It’s never easy leaving someone you care about in a nursing home, but I feel at ease knowing they’re in good hands here.
