The room is spacious, has a mini-fridge, a kettle and a TV. The bathroom was well designed and had enough room to move. Located extremely close to a 7/11, a Don Kioto and World Buffet.
10min walk to a Monorail station. It's an obvious choice for my next time visit to Chiba.

Nice hotel with large rooms, an abundant breakfast and a great onsen. 10 min walk from the closest train. 18 min from Chiba station. Amazing view from the breakfast restaurant at 21st floor. A few new dishes every morning. Both western and Japanese breakfast. More conbini are next to the hotel.

I arrived for my first week in Japan and I got a free room upgrade out of nowhere! Very nice staff who are accommodating. I couldn’t work out the AC unit so they came up to help me. For the last 2 nights I wanted to add an extra person to the room, which also wasn’t a problem. The hotel spa (women) is so beautiful and relaxing. And in the entrance hall is a big Christmas tree, which adds to the cosiness. The room itself is big and clean and the view is extraordinary!
