We stayed here for a night before a cruise on the Carnival Panorama. We booked a junior suite and it was perfect for my husband, 1 year old son, and me.

The ship is a little dated but thats to be expected since it was built in the 1930s. The heating/cooling is not individualized – it's the same throughout the ship. But we were comfortable during our January stay. They supplied a pack and play for my son and a they said a fan was available if we needed it, but we did not. The restaurants are expensive but the food was good and super convenient.

Check in and out was a breeze. They moved all of our luggage to our room for us and then were available to assist after we checked out too. We were able to walk our 6 suitcases and stroller across the large parking lot between the Queen Mary and the Panorama. They also offered free shuttle services for those who'd rather not or can't do the walk themselves.

Definitely try to stay more than a night because that's what we did and ran out of time to see everything I wanted to see. I would definitely stay here again.

Cool history there. Loved all of the art and antique pieces available to view. Also loved the view of the harbor. The rooms, are low-tech, of course. However, that can be a nice change of pace. Finally, those sensitive to vibes should expect to feel a lot of them. If one is "squeamish about ghosts," one should avoid the place. However, if one is more sophisticated about the natural vibrations of historic ships, one can have a relaxing and spiritual experience, as I did.

Halloween is a time I always go, mazes are fun and scary, just went to the valentine's mascaraide party 3 mazes, a dj dancing, and live band outside. Also went on a guided tour one time to learn the history. It is haunted or full of spirits I should say. I recommend going it can be relaxing too. Staff is always nice and helpful. Food is good. Looking forward to going again soon.
