Great place to live in a quieter area of River North close to the river and L station. Amenities include pool, Gym, Grills, Library, hosting space with full kitchen. The best part of this building is being able to relax outside on the quiet and large outdoor courtyard on the 2nd floor. Management is very responsive and does a great job of providing free community events to meet neighbors.

I’ve lived at River North Park for almost 4 years and truly love this community. The location is perfect – safe and quiet, yet just a 5-minute walk from the heart of River North and close to the train. The gym is beautiful, the courtyard is amazing, and I use the pool every single day in the summer (it’s small but such a great perk!). Maintenance is always quick to respond.
Alisa and Charlotte have been incredibly kind, responsive, and supportive. When it came time for my lease renewal, they went above and beyond to work with me in a way that showed genuine care and understanding. I’m so grateful to call River North Park home!

Been living at RNP for the last couple months and have had no problems. The building has a beautiful gym and courtyard that I have loved using. The management is also very sweet and super helpful as are the maintenance people. They are very helpful and go above and beyond to help to fix things. They also host occasional events for the apartment – I recently attended a comedy night that was catered and it was such a good time!
