Great spot for a little culture in the IE, make sure you also go to The Cheech Museum which is included in the ticket price.

Such a cool spot with a beautiful building and spacious galleries! The exhibits are a great mix of photography and interactive installations. Plus, the gift shop is a fun stop; I even grabbed a rooster finger puppet just for fun!

Beautiful galleries that are diverse and showcase multiple communities. Tickets were about $30+ for two. This gives you access to two museums.
Really cute date night idea. We went on a weekend, so there was a farmers market close by.
I would definitely start off by getting coffee or breakfast (lots of great coffee shops near by), browse one museum, get lunch, and browse the second one.
Some artwork made me emotional, but worth the experience.
I do suggest buying tickets in advance as we had to fill out a short form before entering. This could be time-consuming for groups bigger than 4. The form took us about 3 mins each, and they only had one tablet available.
