    Perfect location and cool hotel.

Although it was under renovation everything was nice!

Myles is fantastic. He was super accommodating since i got lost looking for the lobby and helped me get everything squared away in no time. Super kind people and super professional team. Highly recommend now and I cant wait for the remodel!

November 3, 2025. Booked through a 3rd party. Called for an early check in. The lady was super kind. Upon arrival I met her, she was so nice. I did read reviews after I booked and found out about the construction. I'm glad I knew about it or I'd be sad. The hotel really is under construction, not just paint. The room was one of the remodeled ones. It was ok. Clean enough to sleep. Sure there were a few long black hairs but they didn't bother me, some suff under the bed like trash, again didn't bother me. The location is perfect. Walk to a lot of places. The noise from the construction was minimal and I didn't have any issues with hot water. I'd stay here again.

The rooms are dated and need serious work. The bed was uncomfortable. The room was bare and poorly lit. There is a major renovation taking place but that was not indicated anywhere on the hotel site. Walls are very thin.
The water pressure in the shower was literally a drip. Hot water was not even an option. The door to the bathroom was an unfinished sliding door without any handles or locks.
Very disappointed. The only upside is location and proximity to Old Scottsdale.
