Christine was amazing — very professional, kind, and understanding. My husband and I just moved in, so we’re still learning how the management and maintenance system works.
Update:
Even though I had some issues in the last unit I was given (pest, humidity, and damaged appliances). I’m happy to share that the management provided me with a new unit in much better condition, and I truly appreciate how quickly they resolved the issue. The new apartment is clean, comfortable, and overall in great shape. I haven’t had any major problems so far…
My advice is to speak up if you have any issue; don’t just settle for the bare minimum, especially if you’re signing a contract of 1 year.
The only thing I wish the units included is a microwave, since that would make things a bit more convenient. Other than that, everything has been great, and I’m very satisfied with how the situation was handled.

WE LOVE LIVING HERE!!! We moved in roughly 2 years ago and the staff just gets better and better! The apartments are laid out really nicely and gives you the feeling of living in a home and not a small compact apartment. The staff is ALWAYS super welcoming and incredibly helpful which is super refreshing!! We are in the process of moving into 1 bed 1 bath instead of the 2 bed 2 bath (that we are currently living in) because we didn’t wanna move outside of the complex cause we like it here so much! If you have maintenance problems the staff handles it immediately and takes care of business. I’ve created a great bond with the maintenance staff specifically and love that they ALL drive around with smiles on their faces and wave to you and greet you in passing. I truly do applaud the maintenance team for their constant hard work all while being friendly and kind. I recommend Venue to my other young adult friends all the time because it’s a great place to start up your young adulthood and become independent. All neighbours are friendly and it’s safe which is so so nice because it’s just us girls living here and we have never had to worry about our safety ONE TIME. Special shout out to Chantelle for assisting us with our easy move and just being a light in the office! Go Venue At Winter Park!!! 🥳🩷🤞🏽
