While I didn't decide to move into these lofts, I must say the staff here truly is amazing. I am moving from out of state, and Carmen went above and beyond to ensure I knew the community– the building and the city. I toured the apartment twice on two separate days to help try and make a decision because I was so 50/50. She provided so many recommendations about local spots and was super knowledgeable on the tour. I decided to move to the outskirts of the city just because of personal reasons. However, Carmen was truly an amazing woman and is a Godsend. Her efforts to try to find me a home didn't go unnoticed! May God continue to bless her and the Woodward Loft community!

I can't put into words what a gem of place the Woodward is. The sense of community in this day and age isn't easy to find, it's here. Great location for every and all occasions and events, it's here. Gated parking, key fob entry, concierge along with cameras covering the property, it's here. Gym, rooftop pool, grill area guest house with bathrooms, kitchen, TV, all on the roof with great views of the city, it's here. Great staff and residents, it's here. One or two bedroom units available with many different floor layouts, it's here. The Warehouse and Arts district is fantastic and anything and everything you want is within walking distance. There are many choices of living spaces in New Orleans but there's only 1 Woodward Lofts. I highly recommend checking this place out if your looking for a home.

I lived at the Woodward for about 2 years and I have nothing but positive things to say about my time here. The interior has a fun Art Deco vibe with an ambient atrium space, amazing views from the rooftop pool, convenient gym facility, on-site parking, bike storage, and apartments with a modern/warehouse vibe.
The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. If I placed a maintenance request, it was typically completed within 24 hours – sometimes on the same day. The complex allows pets, which is a great bonus – they always have treats and gave attention to my dogs.
I'm so thankful for Candice, Karin, Fabian, Ms. Lou, Dreama, and all the other staff for making my experience here reach higher than my expectations.
If you're looking for a place to live within the warehouse district, I HIGHLY recommend the Woodward Lofts.
