Stayed in the spa room which was only $200 with membership and CAA and was much needed after a few 10+ hour days on the road.
Pros: big room, great shower, best jetted tub I’ve ever used.
Cons: bed was pretty brutal not to mention squeaky. Room kinda smelled like B.O. Hot tub was closed at the pool.
Shout out to Soo Spice restaurant. Ordered soup from there and it was great.

This place is great. The rooms are clean, the location is great. The best part of this place is the staff! Everyone is so kind. Especially the manager in the dining area Victoria. She is so incredibly kind and takes the time to chat with guests. She made us feel so welcome and even went out of her way to make my daughter feel extra special on her birthday. I will definitely be coming back

To start off its a very clean place and the room prices aren't bad.
However, everytime we go something goes wrong. We were on our way south to my brother's wedding and we stopped for the night and the indoor hottub was not working and In the morning the elevator stopped working and we had to carry all our luggage down the stairs.
On our way North we stopped in again and the swimming pool and both hottubs were not working.
Id also suggest that they hire a company to deal with the ice build up around the front entrance. People visiting should also be made aware of the breakfast deal and how you need a membership or you need to pay more if you want more than just a coffee and a dry bagel. (Our first morning we were told we were not even eligible for the breakfast despite being ressaured when we booked that the breakfast was included)
