    I rarely write reviews, but the exceptional care my partner and I received at the Hotel Whitley compels me to share our experience.

    We made a same-day reservation through a third party after my week-long hospital stay, as our discharge timing was uncertain. Upon checking in at 3 pm, we politely inquired about a late checkout, briefly explaining that we needed extra rest due to my medication before our long drive home to Charleston.

    The receptionist (I regret not catching her name) was incredibly compassionate. She immediately offered their complimentary 2 pm checkout and then asked a touching question: since I had been discharged, were we celebrating positive news? We were truly moved by her kindness and confirmed we were, indeed, celebrating very good news and freedom.

    The generosity didn't stop there. About two hours after settling into our room, a bellman arrived with a surprise "on the house" gift: balloons, chocolates, and Voss water. This unexpected act of kindness meant the world to us.

    The hotel itself is beautiful, and our room was impeccably clean, exactly what was needed for a proper night's rest to begin my long road to recovery.

    Thank you for the incredible hospitality that went far above and beyond. It’s the small things that make the end to a hellish and scary week suddenly better. The Hotel Whitley is truly fantastic, and I will recommend it without hesitation.

    This was a great place to have a weekend getaway. Rooms were clean and the service was amazing- felt like I was at home honestly. Room service items were amazing (definitely recommend the chicken & waffles for breakfast). Even booked a massage at the spa and Tanya made me feel so pampered! They were upfront about any charges and answered all of my questions.

    The Whitley is our go to hotel when in Atlanta. The staff is pleasant. They have a wonder Front Desk Manager Romario, and a super kind Front desk agent Justin, who are always professional adding to customer service excellence.

    I highly recommend the Whitley.

    My only complaint is the expensive parking which may be privately owned by another company.
