I only stayed here for 1 night but wished I had stayed longer. The location is great- there is a lovely canal to walk along. We walked out of the rear of the hotel, turned right, and walked along the path to a lovely boating area where you can rent kayaks and swan boats.

The room itself was very nice. We opted for a water view room, which I highly recommend.

I also opted for the rate that includes on site parking- this made it much easier to access my vehicle throughout the stay.

The beds were extraordinarily comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the decor was modern without being kooky (I’m looking at you, Hyatt Centric in the Woodlands). We were on the 8th floor.

Our rate did not include breakfast, so we ate breakfast at a cafe off property. But I would be curious to try the breakfast.

There are bikes available to rent.

There seem to be some kind of smores option too.

I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Third year of coming here for a convention. It's always been great, but it gets better every year. The front desk, house keeping and restaurant staff are friendly and helpful. I love the new "M Club". This addition makes elite members feel special.

I stayed at Waterway by Marriott at Woodlands and had a mixed experience. The view from my room overlooking the Waterway was genuinely beautiful and definitely a highlight. Access to the Waterway for jogging or a morning walk was amazing and added a lot to my stay. The staff was always supportive and available whenever I needed assistance.

However, there were some disappointing aspects. The hotel charges a $5+tax fee just to hold an Amazon delivery for a single day, which felt unnecessary and a bit excessive. Also, toiletries are limited; anything extra is chargeable and only provided on demand.

On the positive side, the rooms were always clean and well maintained, which I appreciated. Overall, if you’re looking for a great view, easy access to outdoor activity, and good service, it’s a solid choice, but be prepared for some extra charges and limited amenities.
