The shop offers wide range of items. The elder male staff was very friendly and provided fantastic service. I bought a pack of sticky tape. He said:" enjoy your sticky". Later, I bought a toy drum. He said:" enjoy your music play." The personalised service made me a very pleasant shopping experience today.

During the book week, I needed to find golden eggs for my son's costume as Jack from the 'Jack and the Beanstalk' story on book day.
I've ordered online, but the parcel hasn't arrived.
I managed to get at the Ashley Centre late, after 5:30, and desperately sought help.
It was in this store that a lady, whose name unfortunately I didn't ask, showed incredible kindness by promptly assisting me.
I am immensely grateful for the exceptional service and quick resolution to my dilemma.
I am very pleased with the positive experience provided by this store during book week. Thank you for the care and efficiency!
