Funky, chilled, varied, interesting building set in the Snow Hill area of Birmingham. Brilliant location for a conference. Food was great. Coffee bar and roof garden were great chill out spaces. Staff were incredibly helpful.

Lunch buffet was imaginative and tasty. Fresh and hot food were great.

I’d been talking about going to therapy for the longest time but always found a reason not to actually go. Finally making the decision to start has honestly been one of the best things I’ve done for myself.

Karina has made the whole experience feel safe and human from the very beginning. She’s incredibly accommodating, humble, and easy to talk to — there’s no pressure, no judgment, just a real sense of being heard and understood. She listens deeply and creates a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

I’m so grateful I finally took that step, and even more grateful that Karina was the person I took it with. I wish I’d done it sooner, but I’m glad I’m here now.

Was there recently in a large group for a catered event. This is a fantastic venue, conveniently located near New Street station and with bright, spacious rooms. The staff were very attentive. In particular Jagger, who staffed our drinks reception, was friendly and professional. Highly recommend!
