I am a little late to review but better late than never. I used Touch of Paradise Cratering for a company Christmas Party last month and everything was spectacular!
Kai was always so attentive when we were setting up the menu for our 100 guests. Touch of Paradise Cratering offers so many food options it can be hard to pick one but Kai was so helpful in helping me understand the different packages/options.
The food was DELISH, the service was AMAZING and we were still under budget. We opted for chicken, ribs, sausage, mash, mac and Cesar salad. I couldn't help myself i had 2 plates! The chicken was moist and tender, the ribs were meaty and juicy, the mac and mash were well seasoned and the salad was a great help to make us feel skinny while chowing down.
I wish I could remember the name of the staff but it was a gentleman and 2 ladies and they were so professional. They got there early, they set up, they were so considerate and served generous portions. They cleaned up so well after themselves there was no trace they were ever there.
Again, I am so grateful and appreciative for the quality of the food and service. I can’t wait to use them for suture work events in the near future and hopefully my wedding next year. Thank you for everything Touch of Paradise Cratering Team, you are so wonderful!

Bryan and Ray were amazing, I honestly expected them to be good because Kai seemed like he knew what he was talking about. My family is extremely picky and the food was top notch, we had a lot of people who had high expectations & they exceeded all them. I loved the service, how professional and cool they were. A lot of great service everyone kept complementing us and asking for the number to get catering. I told them 100% would hire them over and over, this won't be the last time. Loved it and highly rate them, we did Brunch items and service and food was worth every star.

I had Touch of Paradise cater a large indoor event last week and my employees are still raving about the food and service! We had BBQ chicken, ribs, and tri-tip with all the fixings. DELICIOUS! Ribs were the favorite. Kai was very responsive, professional, and accommodating as we had to move the event from outdoor to indoor on very short notice due to anticipated rain. The day of our event, Ray and Brian were our servers. Anyone who coordinates an event knows that the best vendors are the ones who show up and do exactly what they promise with little direction. Ray and Brian were well groomed, polite, and professional! They had everything ready to go on time and well presented just as promised. Try them for your next event. I've hear the luau catering they offer is quite special!
