I have been to several places and got great information about this apartment in Cedar City (non smoking, clean, and right next to SUU). The management is very responsive. They told me everything upfront verbal as well as written. It is a WELL-SECURED PLACE for students who want to go to SUU and the well-maintained cleanliness is a plus 10 for me.
