The only downside is that it took just over two months to get the appointment, but not much of a downside. Once in the door I signed in with Sam who was delightful, efficient fun.
Then I was delivered to Josh who also was a real pro. In on time, out in time, all questions answered. Can’t ask for much more. The couple folks I spoke to on the phone knew their biz and very very helpful and friendly. Nice little operation you have there. Thanks

Open MRI is great. Was quick to get an appointment after referral from the doctor. Very professional from first call to verify info through coming for appointment. The staff explained everything clearly. Christy and Chad teamed to do my procedure. They were terrific. Made me feel at ease.
Highly recommended.

I used the VT Open MRI twice and both times I received professional care and excellent support. It is convenient and most importantly, their bookings are much earlier than the major local hospital. The difference in booking appointment was in months. They also provide excellent support in sending your documents/images to your ordering doctor. I'd use them again.
