A History Rooted in Passion

Wilma Lott’s culinary journey began in the early 1970s, where she honed her skills at the Mt. Herman Conference Center in Santa Cruz, California, cooking for thousands of guests. Known for her natural talent in the kitchen, she expanded her expertise by learning to cook for large groups, mastering portion control, and training with none other than Julia Child.

In the early 1980s, Wilma’s son Robert joined the business, apprenticing under her watchful eye. Together, they shared responsibilities and developed winning recipes that became the foundation of their catering legacy. Today, Robert continues to honor his mother’s dedication to fresh food and uncompromising service.
