This is an excellent place to work and even make friends with incredible people. You will have everything you need, printer, paper shredder, proper chair and desk, a lot of daylight, meeting rooms, call rooms, toaster, coffee machine, fridge, and most importantly, a great work environment.
There are many enthusiastic, hardworking, and resourceful people who understand the difficulties of developing something new or doing research.

When we were looking for local coworking space (Ex: Waterloo, Kitchener, Cambridge, Guelph, etc.) we visited every location imaginable (dozens). Workhaus Market was easily the best!

The location is bright and clean, the offices/desks are spacious/modern and the space is great for hosting events (see attached image).

Most importantly, Workhaus Market is close to awesome lunch options. Workhaus is right beside the Kitchener Market and their food court which means close to a dozen international and authentic lunch options all under $10 (Ex: El Salvadorian, Greek, Syrian-Turkish, Caribbean, vegetarian, etc.). It's also across the street from the best Vietnamese/Thaï around (Pho Dau Bo) and a hip cafe (The Yeti) where celebrities can often be seen.

Accessibility was also really important to us. The building is fully wheelchair accessible, it's right beside a LRT stop and there is underground parking available.

Also, it's built to scale. You can start with a hot-desk and scale to a 25 person-plus office.

Finally, the culture was the real difference maker. They have regular networking events, it's unpretentious and the local Director (aka Mr. Wonderful) can make miracles happen. Anything you need, Workhaus will make it happen.

We wanted a place where we could work for ourselves but not by ourselves. We're happy to call Workhaus Market home. We got lucky finding them!
