I booked a table in advance to come here. The place is very popular! We were in the old hall, where there were still traces of a big fire. It creates an atmosphere. If you want a noisier atmosphere, book a table in the main hall. The food is very tasty, but we came for the beer, which they brew themselves. There is a lot to choose from. Thank you.

I just happened upon this place. Its a local brewpub. A great selection of beers. A very nice menu. Staff is friendly. It's just a cool brewpub to come have a beer and or some food. They have two happy hours. 3 to 5 and 10 to close! Gotta love it! I'm here for work and took drive downtown and found Yellowbelly! Glad I did!!! I ordered the wood fired pepperoni pizza! Another… "Glad I did!"

One of our go to restaurants when in St.john’s. I always order the braised short rib, and it never disappoints. So much flavour, beef is literally falling off the bone! Pair it with Wexford Wheat beer, you’ll be glad you did.
Be sure you ask to be seated in the Underbelly, the more secluded area downstairs.
