It was very clean and easy to access. I definitely recommend coming here for events or hosting events and concerts here.
Backstage was clean and well organized. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Was here for Aoi Eir’s concert last year. The entrances and the walkways in the venue itself was quite spacious, so a large crowd could exit the venue easily. Sound quality was pretty decent as well.
The only negatives is that it’s kinda far from the nearest train station (8-10 mins walk from Shin-Yokohama station)..
Update (as of 2024): Came here again for Babymetal’s concert, but entry to the venue was very disorganized (queues moved too slow and they had to start the concert almost 30 minutes late😅 – it was a lot better on the 2nd day tho) compared to my last visit for Aoi Eir’s concert a few years ago. Overall it’s still one of my favorite live venues in Kanto area due to the accessibility..
