We're at the Koi shop. All one could see are busy hardworking staff fulfilling the orders spooled to them by the self service terminal which helps productivity a lot as there's no need for an order-taker and a cashier. The backend of the shop is fully visible to anyone. A notable discovery – there's a staff recruitment notice at the shop, setting out the key info that a prospective job applicant needs to know. 👍
