Had a wonderful stay at this Hotel. They have approachable and respectful staffs. The hotel is only about 5mins away from establishments such as restaurants, convenience store etc. They had no neighbors except the hospital. I would say its a good place to walk and jog as well. Breakfast buffet is decent. Food is a solid 9 out of 10👌There is also a comfortable workplace. (not the one in photo. Hindi yan 😁)

Nice Hotel near Medical City South Luzon
Had late check-in walk in, booked through Agoda, we were so tired but
Ken, the receptionist, was very kind to assist with the booking accomodations.
Had late check out at least. Location is just walk away to Medical City.
Has free breakfast.
Good rates, Good Breakfast Buffet.
Had a nice sleep, very clean rooms.

We had an impromptu stay at Paseo Premier Hotel and it was great. We checked in very late and the staff at the front desk was very accommodating. Special mention to Kenneth, who assisted us with a booking problem, even though it was almost 12mn already.
The rooms were well-equipped. 4 bottles of water and toiletries. The air-conditioning was nice and cold. The king-size bed was perfect with a warm blanket.
The buffet breakfast the next morning was filling. I just wish the restaurant was bigger.
Overall, we had a very good stay at this hotel. It's very close to Enchanted Kingdom so after a day at the theme park, you might want to stay here to recover before going home the next day.
