Came here early morning at 9AM and was instantly greeted warmly. Angelica was very nice and answered all our questions regarding the menu. She was particular with our preferences like how do we like our eggs. The longganisa is better than other restaurants too.
I ordered Pistachio Latte and it was absolutely delicious. I never tasted anything like it.

We visited 1995 Studio Café during our stay in Vigan and ordered their Spanish Latte and Clubhouse Sandwich with Fries. Overall, the experience was pleasant and satisfying. The Spanish Latte was well-balanced—smooth, creamy, and not overly sweet. The richness of the coffee blended nicely with the milk, making it a comforting drink suitable for a relaxed afternoon. The Clubhouse Sandwich was generously portioned, filled with fresh ingredients, and well-prepared. It was flavorful and filling, complemented well by the crispy fries served on the side. The dish is ideal for those looking for a light yet satisfying meal. The café itself has a calm and welcoming ambiance, making it a good place to rest after exploring Vigan’s heritage areas. Service was courteous and efficient, adding to the overall positive dining experience.

Vigan Longganisa and Pork Tocino are very delicious. This was the first breakfast we tried in Vigan, and it had a very distinctive local flavor. The garlic fried rice was fragrant. The portion was just enough to make us full – tasty and satisfying.
The price was also very reasonable.
500 pesos for 2 breakfasts.
