What a wonderful hotel. Extremely comfortable and quite, all while being inside the airport complex.
Room was great, we were in the Jewel tower with an amazing soaking tub. Very clean and well appointed.
Staff is great and there is a restaurant in the hotel.

Crowne Plaza Changi was an absolute delight and far exceeded our expectations. The location could not be more convenient. Once we collected our luggage, it was barely a minute’s walk to the hotel, which made it perfect for our group arriving from Seoul, Sydney, and Delhi at all hours of the evening and late night. We stayed a couple of nights before boarding a cruise and it worked perfectly for everyone.

The hotel itself is beautifully appointed with spacious, well designed rooms that were a pleasure to relax in. The bar was fantastic, stocked with an impressive selection of top shelf spirits, and we had such a fun time sharing drinks, laughter, and long conversations. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide spread with dishes from different cuisines, which was exactly what we needed after a long travel night.

The staff were consistently warm, professional, and on point, making the entire stay feel effortless. Everything was smooth, easy, and thoughtfully handled from start to finish.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again. Loved it.

Crowne Plaza Changi has an unbeatable location—truly a 10/10. Being directly connected to the airport and just a short walk to Jewel makes it incredibly convenient for both quick layovers and early flights. The service was excellent throughout our stay, with staff who were attentive and welcoming.
There are plenty of food options right around the corner, from local eats to international choices, which makes dining easy and flexible. Another great bonus is the luggage storage service; we were able to store our bags for over 12 hours without any hassle, which made exploring so much easier.
Overall, a highly convenient and comfortable stay with top-notch service and amenities. Perfect for travelers looking for comfort and efficiency.
