location is good, room is comfortable, i have a nice comforter in bed the size is queen. i have free nice tea and coffee clean room so neat. hot and cold water. food is everywhere when you go out in geylang. customer service is good
the aircon is pretty good,
budget friendly hotel. and one more thing they have free wifi.

despite some concerns before the trip about the “red light” district, we stayed for 2 nights and had a good time here. the receptionist was friendly and helpful. the room was cleaned. there are downsides but acceptable at this price. the hotel is far from mrt (about 800m), near bus station though. there is no ac remote; there must be a staff to adjust it. there are men on he street at night but we didn’t get disturbed anyway. overall, recommend for a budget trip, might feel safer if you have friend to stay together.

It's a quiet spot in town – no traffic noise (room 7-19).
Room was small, but clean and everything worked.
Good value at SGD 85.
You need to be aware it is opposite some brothels, but that really isn't an issue.
