Staff was super nice, english speaking person at the reception. Maids were super kind and helpful. Very happy with my experience, rooms are quite small so if you have a lot of luggage, this might make things complicated. Beside that, great service, microwave, ice machine, vending machine and laundry machine did come in handy. Proximity to the train station did avoid a ton of stress, great spot.

Very convenient, it is easy to JR, metro, monorail. The room service staff were helpful and supportive. Even we mentioned not to arrange the clean up service, she saw us at the corridor and asked us whether needs the new towels.
When we arrived, the frontline staff was on duty and no one lined up, he still guided us to use the check-in machine. It seems no customer service/hospitality service. When we have daily breakfast, it allows to access until 9am. Even we arrived 09:05 and paid the breakfast fee extra, the staff said that the buffet time until 9:30 and not allow to access. As we requested late check-out, it costs Jp¥1000/pax/hr.

Good check-in and directly on the JR station as well as close to the shopping malls. Not far from the beach and the Chiba Tower. Some of the staff is really nice and helpful in case of urge.
Too warm rooms and old fashion styles.
