Incredibly friendly and kind staff ❤️ really enjoyed their services and their food was good as well ! really would love to stay for vacation in this hotel yet again, maybe when we visit Iloilo the next time. Super accommodating and sweet towards their guests both local and international from what we experienced. I really loved their breakfast buffet and their crepes, really sad I wasn’t able to finish them because I was sick, still couldn’t get over it. When we do come back here, I’d really want to eat lots of crepes again really sorry to the chef but much love 🥹 xx

Now I understand why Hotel Del Rio has been around since 1965 and still continues to operate until today!
It’s because of the amazing staff and excellent service they provide to their guests.
I want to give special commendation to Raymond, who made our stay extra memorable. From our smooth and hassle-free check-in to the thoughtful surprise cake for our wedding anniversary, everything was just perfect! 💕
Raymond was always smiling, very accommodating, and genuinely caring. He is truly a gem of Hotel Del Rio and one of your best staff! 👏

Since we are traveling around the island, we booked the del Río last for 2 nights; it was a good price on Agoda. The hotel, built in 1967, has a total charm from a time when comfort and tranquility were still important. Huge rooms, queen-size bed, huge and wonderful for sleeping. The staff are perfect, the breakfast buffet is amazing, the selection is great, the warmth is perfect, everything is perfect. I have been a restaurant manager in Switzerland for 25 years and I know what I'm talking about. The kettle, small refrigerator, and small amenities are perfect. The location is perfect. The pool may be a bit dated, but it's wonderful for cooling off and swimming. There is plenty of parking. The only thing is that the prices in the restaurant are too high. But all the fast food chains are nearby. Congratulations, perfect here.
