For all the balikbayans in Iloilo, this is considered an iconic landmark for the city of Iloilo. Nice walking trail after a hearty meal at the nearby restaurant. They called it Esplanade.

Really nice place beside the river!
The walkway is well paved with plants, trees, and mangroves on both sides. It is wide enough for bikes, joggers, strollers, and casual walkers. There are a few benches on some parts and areas big enough for group activities. There is a part where there are restaurants on one side but I was not able to check them.
