This is my go-to hostel in Dumaguete. Very accessible and just a few kilometers away from the Dumaguete port. The wifi is fast, the comfort rooms are clean, and they even give you a 10% discount coupon for the restaurant beside the hostel.

I booked this hostel because of its aesthetic, and true enough, the theme of the place is very consistent. As someone who prefers a peaceful and quiet environment, the location of the hostel is perfect. We also love that it’s surrounded by so many restaurants.

The only letdown was our room. It was quite small, but we didn’t mind since we mostly stayed out exploring the city. What we did notice, though, was the sink, it was too small for our liking. The bathroom door was also a bit inconvenient since it had no lock and wouldn’t open all the way. On top of that, the water pressure in the shower was very weak.

That said, aside from the “bathroom concerns,” the place is amazing. We especially loved hanging out in their common area.

Nice large rooms. Big property. Not really sure what ' Boutique Hostel' means, but this is considered one. Fine for a stay of a few days in Dumaguete. Lots of staff. Restaurants nearby and a quick ride to downtown.
